  • Check in and check out will be at the platform courts past the grass courts (white and yellow striped tents)
  • Please enter through the clubhouse to et to the Check Ins & Check Outs
    • Receptionists will have a list of names, please say your child's name at the front desk)
  • Drop off is at 9AM (you can arrive as early as 8:45 am)
  • There is absolutely no parking available. If you need to escort your child to the check-in tent or pick up your child, you must double park in front of the clubhouse.
  • Pick up for Half Days @ 12:30 PM
  • Pick up for Full Days @ 4:30 PM
  • If your child is not picked up by 4:35 PM, you will automatically be charged the After-Hours rate of $16/member or $21/non-member.
  • If you are running late to pick up your child, please call the Pro Shop (718)268-2300 ext. 127 and they will contact us via walkie-talkie to rely the message. 
  • Please advise that there are days during the week that The Forest Hills Stadium hosts concerts therefore there will be days when the location of the drop off/pic up would change BUT we will notify you via email. 
  • CAMP IS RAIN OR SHINE - therefore if your child does not attend due to rain, there will not be any refunds/price adjustments nor makeups.
  • If your child is sick, we are not held responsible for scheduling a makeup class for Summer Camp
  • We do not hold makeup days for our Junior Summer Camp
  • All camp participants must abide by the white dress code. Clothing (including socks, hats, and visors) must be ALL WHITE (can have a 10% color trim for a logo or small design). Shoes must be at least 50% white (midsole included)
  • Youth white clothing and sneakers are available in the Pro Shop
  • If your child is not wearing the proper attire for camp, we cannot allow them to participate in the camp activities until they come back with the proper attire
  • There will not be price adjustments nor makeups for coming to camp in the wrong attire.
  • Note that your child’s bathing suit does NOT need to be white.
  • Snack is provided to ALL campers
  • Kids in Half Days do NOT get lunch
  • Parent or Guardian picking up the child MUST sign out the child with Amaury or Grace
  • If you are allowing your child to leave on their own, please complete the following consent form
  • Check in and check out will be at the platform courts (white & yellow striped tents which are past the grass courts)
  • You will be communicated via E-mail if the drop off or pick up location changes.
  • Campers are not allowed to have their phones or any electronic devices out except during the snack and lunch break.
  • Parents and Guardians are not allowed to stay on the West Side’s grounds during camp hours.
  • If you choose to withdraw your child from the Summer Camp, you must contact Grace via [email protected] 7 days before the first date of the week that your child is starting. You will only be refunded 70% of the dues as the 30% down deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you would like to adjust the weeks or days that you registered your child, you must inform Grace via [email protected] as soon as possible. Adjustments cannot be guaranteed as there may not be availability, but we will do our best to accommodate.
  • We do not tolerate any type of bullying within our Junior Programs at The West Side Tennis Club.
  • We have the right to withdraw your child from the Summer Camp after 3 warnings/talks from both the Junior Program Director, Amaury and the Junior Program Coordinator, Grace.
  • Parents will be notified via email when Amaury and Grace have spoken to your child to give them their warnings.
